The location of the hotel provides stunning views, especially if you book a "prime superior" igloo with a front view and no visibility of other igloos. The rooms, especially the suite, are spacious and well-designed, with modern facilities that keep you warm and snug. The service is top-notch, with helpful staff assisting with luggage and providing excellent restaurant service. The food in the restaurant is exceptional, offering a fine dining experience.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the lack of porter service and slow internet speed in the igloos.

The glass igloo experience was truly magical. The design of the igloo was impressive, with a spacious layout and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The adjustable bed allowed us to enjoy the stunning views of the sky, especially during the night when we were hoping to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights. the location of the igloos in a remote area provided a better chance of seeing the natural phenomenon.

One of the drawbacks was the limited hot water supply in the remote location. We had to be mindful of our showers and take shorter ones to ensure there was enough hot water for both of us.

The glass-roofed igloos were a lavish and comfortable way to embrace nature, offering spectacular views of the stunning landscape and the chance to witness the magical Northern Lights. The personalized service and delicious meals at restaurant Utsu added to the luxurious experience.

The igloo we stayed in was incredibly spacious, well-furnished, and stocked with all the necessary supplies. The views outside the igloo were breathtaking and the location was perfect for a Northern Lights experience. The breakfast provided was of high quality and made from fresh ingredients.

Our experience was spoiled by the hotel's neon sign that shone brightly into the night. Despite turning off the walkway lighting, the hotel left this sign on until almost midnight, which greatly impacted our ability to fully appreciate the night sky.

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted by the warm hospitality and friendly staff at the hotel. The location of the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, allowing us to admire the stunning views of the surroundings. We were lucky enough to witness the mesmerizing Northern Lights on multiple nights, making our stay truly unforgettable. the igloo itself exceeded our expectations with its comfortable and spacious design. The bed, equipped with a profiling feature, allowed us to enjoy the view of the night sky and the dancing auroras in complete comfort.

While our stay was generally enjoyable, there were a few aspects that could be improved. the lighting near the reception area was quite bright, which slightly hindered our view of the dark sky in our quest to spot the Northern Lights.

golden crown - levin iglut was beyond amazing! the glass igloos were surprisingly spacious and well-designed, with cozy lounge chairs and a fully stocked kitchen pantry. the views of the surrounding hills were breathtaking, and the staff accommodated our food allergies during the fantastic dinner. we couldn't have asked for a better stay in levi.

We stayed at the premium igloo at Golden Crown - Levin Iglut Villa and were blown away by the experience. The design of the igloo was spacious and had a cool Scandinavian vibe. We loved the stunning views of the fell from our igloo. The dinner at the restaurant was fantastic, offering delicious modern Finnish food. We were also impressed by how accommodating the staff were to our food intolerances/allergies. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a small kitchenette and a bathroom with good hot water. The cozy and isolated location added to the overall charm of our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience special, even providing us with a large breakfast basket since we had to leave early for our flight. We also enjoyed the communal hut with a fire where we could cook marshmallows and socialize with other guests. Despite not being able to see the Northern Lights, our overall experience exceeded our expectations.

The value for money at Golden Crown - Levin Iglut was exceptional, and the room exceeded our expectations with all the necessary amenities. The location provided a peaceful environment away from light pollution, perfect for stargazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
